About the Role

You will manage our marketing, bringing a fresh approach to our acquisition and retention strategy for both consumers and professionals (subscribers) using the Unbiased service.

You will be rapidly scaling activity across digital and offline channels, managing the whole marketing mix effectively to ensure Unbiased is the first choice for anyone looking to connect with a professional and that spend delivers a competitive and constantly improving ROI.  You own the acquisition funnel for both existing markets and new sectors so you will be adept at understanding the leavers you have and you will constantly optimise using testing and business insight to improve your metrics.

You will be responsible for granular forecasting of subscription and enquiry volumes and revenue as well as the management of marketing spend, and will be expected to adjust forecasts and budgets.

You will manage a Senior Marketing Manager but will be working with a team of talented marketing, content and creative professionals to engage and retain professionals (paying subscribers) and ensure that we are driving a high volume of enquiries from visitors looking for financial advice to the Unbiased site (consumers).

You will need to manage both sides of the coin:

1) You will be tasked with improving the quality of subscriber leads to increase conversion by the sales team as well as ensure that there is a compelling reason for professionals to self-serve their subscription. 

2) You will also be responsible for improving the quality of enquiries being posted by consumers on Unbiased to help increase enquiry purchases by subscribers which in turn will help reduce churn and refund requests.

Either way, you will be expected to help deliver an exceptional user experience with curated journeys, nudges & prompts, content, promotions and partnerships through to tools, loyalty schemes and much more.

About You

·       You are a senior marketer with 5+ years of experience, specialising in digital channels

·       You have experience of developing and rolling out of an account proposition to drive up customer engagement and loyalty

·       Demonstrable experience of driving engagement and increasing transactional value from customer base

·       An eye for identifying trends and opportunities

·       You are ambitious, practical, can-do person who grasps the opportunity and makes something out of it

·       You have a test and learn mentality

·       You embrace change, no one day is like the next and you relish the opportunity to try something new.
