The Role

We have big ambitions to revolutionise how people make the biggest decisions in their life, so they can ensure they are making the right plans for them and their families.  We are looking for a talented Senior Digital Marketer to join our brilliant team and share our vision.  We have a fun, relaxed environment in which we are simply trusted to get stuff done.

Your role is absolutely key to the business you will be developing and implementing our consumer attraction and retention strategy.  You will be adept at attracting target audiences to the site, understanding their motivations, knowing where to find them and optimising their experience on and off site so we make the right first impression. 

Once you’ve made the right first impression you will be key to developing an exceptional customer experience to build a lifetime relationship with AI driven curated journeys, content, tools, premium features and loyalty schemes. 

You will be leading and recruiting a team of talented consumer marketers, and working within a mixed skill squad dedicated to our consumer users.  You will be data and insight

In a nutshell, you'll be responsible for...

  •  Acquisition of users and their conversion to connect with professionals
  • Engagement and retention of consumers to drive up lifetime relationship and transactions

To succeed, you'll need...

  • You are a senior marketer with 5+ years of experience, specialising in digital channels
  • You have experience of developing and rolling out of an account proposition to drive up customer engagement and loyalty
  • Demonstrable experience of driving engagement and increasing transactional value from customer base 
  • An eye for identifying trends and opportunities
  • You are ambitious, practical, can-do person who grasps the opportunity and makes something out of it
  • You have a test and learn mentality 
  • You embrace change, no one day is like the next and you relish the opportunity to try something new
