About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Full Stack PHP Developer to join our London based scrum team. The Technology team is primarily offshore but we have recently built a London scrum team to be closer to our internal customers and for the diversity that it brings.
Over the past 18 months we have been upgrading our Tech stack to move to the latest frameworks and tools (symfony, vue.js, graphql, docker, kubernetes) including migration to Google Cloud Platform. We are on a journey so are looking for a great developer but also someone that can bring their own expertise to push forward our overall technical excellence.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent working knowledge in PHP
- Experience working with modern PHP MVC frameworks (Symfony preferred but not essential)
- Good front end development experience preferred especially with Single Page Apps such as Vue.js
- Experience working in a CI/CD and Kubernetes environment preferred
- Coding best practice for performance, security and other architectural best practices
- Experience working with bug trackers and Git
- Ability to quickly implement solutions from idea to release
