The Role

The CRM & Social Media Executive is responsible for all consumer facing emails including life cycle emails and campaigns as well as the social media channels with a focus on Facebook.

In a nutshell, you'll be responsible for...

  • Assist the Head of Consumer Marketing with the CRM strategy
  • Deliver a transparent and engaging experience to our consumers to increase retention
  • Work with stakeholders to plan the CRM and social calendar
  • Execute email for life cycle and ad hoc campaigns and optimise performance to increase open rates, CTRs and enquiries submitted through Unbiased
  • Manage campaign execution and send out via our CRM tool
  • Oversee social media channels with focus on Facebook and post daily content
  • Work closely with the Designer and Content Manager and manage the process end to end from idea to getting an initiative out to our consumers
  • Run regular subject line and creative testing
  • Execute seasonal campaigns across CRM and social and manage competitions
  • Ensure all communication is on brand
  • Regular campaign reporting and performance analysis
  • Test new CRM channels, e.g. web hooks, push notifications

To succeed, you'll need...

  • A few years' experience in CRM and Marketing in a B2C environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms, e.g. Mailchimp 
  • Basic HTML skills to edit email templates 
  • Passion about social media and actively using Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong analytical skills combined with an eye for creative
  • To work autonomously and be highly organised, working to tight deadlines
  • An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills
  • University degree in a business, marketing or a related subject
  • Fluent in English
