The Role

The Marketing Designer is the guardian of the Unbiased brand and delivers great designs that resonate with our target audiences and contribute to business growth. The role works with the consumer and B2B marketing teams to create a consistent and appealing brand and communicate through emails, banners, website, social media and other collateral.

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…

  • Delivering ideas, concepts and execution for all marketing collateral
  • Working with both consumer and professional target audiences 
  • Owning brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding across all channels
  • Collaborating with marketing, product and development teams as well as external agencies
  • Working on internal communication e.g. office designs, PowerPoint templates, merchandise
  • Increasing response rates and retention by delivering engaging and relevant designs
  • Providing images, illustrations, info-graphics and videos for content pages and social media

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • Experience working as a Marketing Designer for an online brand 
  • Deep experience in email and online creative design
  • Previous work on print designs e.g. brochures, OOH
  • To be a proficient user of Sketch, Photoshop, After Effects and other relevant software
  • To be passionate about design, marketing and communication
  • An ability to emphathise with our target audience and create relevant communications for them
  • HTML and video editing skills are a plus
