Customer Success Adviser

The Role

Your role will have a focus on customer satisfaction and sales. You will be dedicated to supporting advisers and clients with any service requests or queries via phone, live chat and email. 

You will be dedicated to selling our products on outbound calls and also upselling on inbound calls. You will therefore be a great listener and be able to truly understand the needs of our potential customers. 

You must be a proactive, self-starter with the ability to work within a team, and also on your own initiative. You will be working towards competitive targets and KPIs. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • You will be handling a large number of inbound and outbound calls
  • You will be dealing with all customer enquiries
  • You will be processing sales, taking payments and updating notes on our system
  • You will be managing advisers' subscriptions and resolving service enquiries
  • You will be updating customer profile data 
  • You will be making outbound calls within targeted sales campaigns 
  • You will be reporting back to the business on progress

Person spec

  • Previous experience working with Zendesk (required)
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A creative problem-solver
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • You're friendly, positive and feel confident talking to a diverse audience
  • You need to be a responsive listener, adapting your approach when necessary
  • You're a self-starter, organised and reliable
  • You have a strong work ethic
  • You learn from mistakes
