The Role

The Office Manager’s mission it so make Unbiased a welcoming, productive place to be for both our team and our guests. You will be the office linchpin – you love being the go-to person for anything and everything to do with the office and our working environment. You take great pride in your surroundings and you are regularly thinking of creative ways to improve the environment and the way we work.

The ideal person will have excellent project management skills and be a clear and concise communicator. You’ll also be a people-person who thrives when working with others.

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…
  • Creating an amazing working environment for our team and our guests
  • Providing seamless executive support to the Senior Management team
  • Owning and managing the office budget 
  • Assisting the Financial Controller with admin related tasks
  • Proactively managing contracts and suppliers
  • Managing the office diary and booking meetings when necessary
  • Onboarding new starters and making their start as smooth as possible
  • Managing all company socials, events and milestones
  • Supporting hiring across the business through communicating with agencies and scheduling interviews
To succeed, you’ll need…
  • Previous admin or office experience
  • To have worked in a fast-paced environment before
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Great people skills - you're friendly, approachable and professional
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and reflect on mistakes 
  • Experience managing an office move is highly desirable
