The Role

Working within the professional marketing team you will be responsible for developing and executing the Professional CRM strategy. Creating personalised journeys and communicating with our customers to drive engagement and increase basket spend. With a head for data and analysis you will continuously test and identify opportunities to maximize the performance of our communications.

You will be pivotal in the onboarding of a new CRM system, managing the relations and championing the business CRM needs.

You’ll be responsible for…

  • Developing and implementing multi-channel CRM strategies to increase basket spend and LTV from our professional bases
  • Mapping and continuously iterating the professional customer journey and CRM contact strategy
  • Executing emails, SMS and in account alerts throughout the lifecycle, engendering loyalty and increasing open rates and purchase
  • Driving best practices across all CRM activity, sharing learnings and benchmarking performance and implementing changes to improve response rate
  • Supporting the onboarding of a new CRM and managing the relationship
  • Aligning with the consumer CRM team to understand how the professional and consumer journeys impact each other 
  • Collaborating closely with design and copy to deliver communications
  • Aligning with sales and customer service to ensure all customer messaging is supported and aligned
  • Working closely with the product team to ensure features and automation are aligned with the customer journey

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a CRM Marketing Manager in a B2B or SaaS subscription role
  • Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge of data management, with creative flair to deliver communications which drive loyalty to the business
  • Experience with different CRM and ESP tools
  • Experience implementing new CRM systems and owning relationships
  • Advanced excel skills and an analytical mind, reporting on performance metrics and using results to shape future campaigns
  • An ability to work autonomously, be highly organised and work to tight deadlines
  • An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills
