The Role

Your role is absolutely key to the Professional proposition, developing and implementing our acquisition strategy to grow subscribers whilst continuously analysing behaviours and leveraging data intelligence to improve their experience. You will be adept at understanding customers and their motivations, using these insights to optimise their experience and drive engagement, tenure and basket spend. You will be sharing customer intelligence across the business, working cross functionally to produce the best experience of Unbiased for our customers and adeptly use these innovations to create valuable brand and feature messaging to increase perceived value, engagement and win new customers. 

You'll be responsible for...
  • Owning subscriber intelligence - from reporting to behavioural insights
  • Driving subscriber acquisition campaigns
  • Implementing subscription best practice to engender loyalty and increase engagement and tenure
  • Implementation of churn reduction programmes 
  • Design and execution of marketing campaigns to hit KPIs
To succeed, you'll need...
  • 4+ years experience in a B2B or SaaS subscription marketing role 
  • Experience using data insight and intelligence to shape acquisition and retention initiatives 
  • To address churn and engagement through propensity modelling and segmentation
  • To coordinate and execute acquisition campaigns
  • To manage promotions and discounts to the subscriber base 
  • To communicate product features and benefits to improve value 
  • To be passionate about subscription marketing, implementing best practices and improving efficiencies
