The Role

The Unbiased team is growing (exciting!) and to manage that growth, we are looking for a Talent Manager to join us on this exciting journey. You are joining at a really crucial time and you’re our first proper talent hire so this is a great opportunity to influence how and who we hire over the next 6 months. We are looking for someone who is curious, people-driven and who thrives on working on a range of different roles across different teams.

You know what a high-performing recruitment process looks like and you are always looking for ways to improve the way we do things. You have a genuine interest in creating an excellent candidate experience, and you’re fuelled by finding high-quality, engaged hires.

You’ll be an advocate for our culture and you’re passionate about putting Unbiased on the map as a truly amazing place to work! 

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…

  • Working with hiring managers to create a robust hiring strategy
  • Building an inclusive and stand-out employee experience that enables employees to thrive
  • Driving direct recruitment by leveraging social media platforms
  • Working with the People Manager to attract great talent to Unbiased 
  • Working on the entire hiring process, from attraction to onboarding
  • Negotiating offers by partnering with hiring managers and senior management
  • Establishing solid and efficient sourcing and recruitment processes
  • Maintaining a pulse on the UK competitive landscape for talent
  • Providing the team with regular, relevant reporting on hiring statistics    

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • A proven track record of hiring exceptional talent and delivering in fast-paced environments
  • Ideally 4 years' recruiting experience 
  • The ability to juggle a range of roles effectively across teams
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • High EQ - empathetic personality with a touch of resilience
  • A strong sense of ownership, efficient at multi-tasking and strong organisational skills
  • Great analytical skills and a data-driven approach to challenges
