The Role

Your role is absolutely key to the Professional proposition, developing and implementing best in class marketing and subscription strategy’s to delivery an outstanding experience for our customers to engender loyalty and drive up LTV.   You will be using data and customer behaviour insights to understand our customers and their motivations and use this to optimise their experience, drive engagement, tenure and basket spend.  You will be our customers advocate, sharing customer intelligence across the business, working cross functionally to produce the best experience of Unbiased for our customers and adeptly use these innovations to create valuable brand and feature messaging to increase perceived value, engagement and retain customers.

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…

  • Owning subscriber intelligence - from reporting to behavioural insights
  • Driving subscriber engagement and retention campaigns
  • Engendering loyalty and delivering a customer advocacy programme
  • Implementation of churn reduction programmes 
  • Design and execution of marketing campaigns to hit KPIs 

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • 4+ years' experience in a SaaS subscription marketing role
  • Experience using data insight and intelligence to shape acquisition and retention initiatives 
  • To address churn and engagement through propensity modelling and segmentation
  • To coordinate and execute acquisition campaigns
  • To manage promotions and discounts to the subscriber base
  • To communicate product features and benefits to improve value
  • To be passionate about subscription marketing, implementing best practices and improving efficiencies
