The Role

Dedicated to growth, the Acquisition Marketing Manager will deliver ambitious and exciting campaigns to drive up market share for the business in each of the verticals we operate within.  Showcasing the product and ancillary services you will create smart and effective campaigns to help potential customers understand how Unbiased can solve their business needs and become an essential part of their new business marketing mix.  You will be creating a channel diversification strategy to understand and develop our marketing activity in order to bring our proposition to new audiences. You will understand our target audience inside and out and create a compelling conversation with potential customers to raise awareness and ultimately drive conversion to the best paid subscription plans for their needs.   

The Acquisition Marketing Manager will champion best in class marketing practices.  From tracking and attribution modelling to optimising conversion funnels and leveraging data capture you will be responsible for driving online conversion and bringing leads to the sales team.  You will align messaging and deliver a promotional strategy while continuing to increase the brand value and average revenue. 

In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…

  • Driving ambitious growth of professional subscriptions in target markets
  • Planning and delivery of a channel diversification programme
  • Championing our target customers and their needs
  • Creating a best in-class recruitment and on-boarding experience for our customers
  • Prospecting data, validation, management and conversion

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • 4+ years' experience in a B2B Acquisition marketing role
  • Experience building comprehensive acquisition strategies across a full range of channels
  • Proven experience in lead capture and conversion
  • Proven success tracking and analysing performance
  • Experience managing budgets, CPA and ROI
  • Working with a wider marketing team to deliver strategies
