The Role

We are looking for a strong Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to drive growth through affiliated sales and partner relationships. You will report into the Chief Commercial Officer and nurture your relationships to drive desired outcomes for both the consumer and professional "pro" teams.

The key requirements of the role will be to:

  • Grow relationships with the affiliated partners and to achieve professional sign up and consumer enquiry targets
  • Drive the acquisition of new affiliates:
    • Cultivate top performing affiliates
    • Develop underperforming partner affiliates
    • Develop and deliver the overall affiliate strategy and incentive/rewards program ensuring the program continues to evolve and remain competitive. 
    • Monitor and report on profitability and have the commercial skills to identify opportunities accordingly.

Drive strategic partnerships

  • Develop the partner ecosystem across the relevant verticals to support scaling of Unbiased nationally
  • Create strategic relationships that will lead to successful business models for our partners and Unbiased
  • Analyse relevant ventures and size market opportunities to identify targets and goals within Unbiased aligned to expectations and ensure delivery against plans
  • Manage pipeline information and partner relationships to identify potential new business leads, growth opportunities or future competitive trends
  • Present to and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing and/or scaling partnerships
  • Develop and execute the partnership strategies and programs
  • Develop a testing roadmap for key relationships, to ensure we constantly learn and refine our activity


You’ll be responsible for…

  • Driving professional sign up and consumer enquiries
  • Driving the acquisition of new affiliates
  • Driving strategic partnerships to drive brand awareness, pro sign ups and enquiries across vertical

You also be regularly in contact with the Chief Commercial Officer so the role would be ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career but who enjoys working in a startup type environment. 

To succeed, you’ll need…

  • Relevant experience. The ideal candidate could have 4+ years of relevant work experience with a focus on growing affiliate sales and partnerships (inception to delivery). 
  • Experience in building or managing partnerships and programs around marketplace, subscriptions or SaaS business is preferred
