The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing the company's marketing and acquisition initiatives. If you are a creative, quick thinking marketing professional with experience across both traditional/offline and digital marketing channels, then this is the role for you.  

You will be responsible for helping to sell a suite of products to potential customers and help them understand how Unbiased can solve their business needs by becoming an essential part of the way they market their business locally or nationally and grow/manage their sales pipeline through the tools available as part of our overall solution.  You will therefore understand our target audience inside and out and create a compelling conversation with potential customers to raise awareness and ultimately drive conversion to the best paid subscription plans for their needs.  

From tracking and attribution modelling to optimising conversion funnels and leveraging data capture you will be responsible for driving online conversion and bringing leads to the sales team.  You will align messaging and deliver a promotional strategy while continuing to increase the brand value and average revenue.   

You will be able to demonstrate sound management of production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. And will be great at working within budgets to develop cost effective marketing campaigns that achieve the desired results and deliver ROI. 

  • Assist Head of Marketing in developing marketing strategies/plans – Use market research and analysis to develop strategic plans that expand the customer/consumer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence across all verticals.  
  • Supplier management - communicates with various media buyers, agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition 
  •  Prepare and deliver results reports to HoM - including customer/consumer acquisition results against campaign and monthly forecasted targets 
  • Work closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support teams as one strong team to deliver on overall targets ensuring they have the quality of leads they need to drive conversions.  

You'll be responsible for...

  • Planning and delivery of measurable marketing strategies that drive growth
  • Devising and delivery of effective integrated campaigns across a range of channels (paid social, events, search, partnerships and more) to build awareness and drive new business leads 
  • Continuously testing and iterating lead capture methods, optimising the performance of data capture and site conversion 
  • Working closely with the sales team, meeting with them regularly each week to manage and maintain a prospect list, provide them with look alike data, cleanse and segment data to help them drive new business conversions. 
  • Providing accurate and detailed monthly and weekly reports

  • The ideal candidate could have 3-4 years B2B marketing experience
  • Both traditional/offline and digital channel experience
