The Role
We are expanding and growing at a rapid pace, so we are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our successful sales team.
Our powerful platform is the UK’s leading growth platform for Financial advisors, Mortgage brokers, and Accountants. You will be selling our platform to financial services firms.
We are an ambitious team, so as a Sales Manager at Unbiased, you need bags of determination, focus and desire to make a difference and help us meet our growth plans.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a growing team and business. With us you will get a chance to input your ideas and help shape the sales team strategy so that we meet our ambitious growth plans.
In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…
The full 360 sales cycle – this is an outbound Account Executive role. You will own a target account list and be responsible for feeding yourself and delivering your number through prospecting & lead generation and nurturing your pipeline. Field marketing support is also in place.
To succeed, you’ll need…
- Demonstrable, deep experience of outbound SaaS sales from prospecting to closing
- Curiosity & willingness to adapt
- Mid market or enterprise experience – ACV of £30 - 150k
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced start up environment, comfortable with ambiguity and can organise & prioritise your work independently
- The ability to build close relationships quickly, and develop deep levels of trust that enable you to persuade and influence decision-making
- To be committed to self-development, whether independently or with your team
