About the role
We're looking for a driven and commercially astute Enterprise Sales Manager to help accelerate our enterprise growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new partnerships with large advice firms, networks, consolidators, and national mortgage and accountancy firms.
As a senior member of the sales team, you’ll bring a consultative, solutions-based approach to strategic B2B sales. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to deliver tailored proposals and long-term value for Unbiased’s enterprise clients.
This is a key role for a high-performer who thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment and wants to shape the future of one of the UK’s most impactful fintech brands.
In a Nutshell, You’ll Be Responsible For…
- Driving new business by targeting and acquiring enterprise-level clients through outbound sales activity with marketing influenced support
- Managing the full sales cycle from discovery and proposal through to negotiation and close.
- Tailoring value propositions and commercial packages to the needs of complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.
- Building relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across financial services.
- Forecasting accurately and maintaining a healthy pipeline in HubSpot.
- Providing insights to influence our go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product development.
To Succeed, You’ll Need…
- Enterprise-level sales experience — ideally in SaaS, martech, marketplace or lead generation solutions, with deal sizes between £200K–£600K+ (ACV).
- A demonstrable track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets through consultative B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of financial services, ideally with existing relationships in advice, mortgage, or accountancy networks. (desirable)
- A growth mindset — adaptable, curious, and comfortable navigating complex organisations.
- To be a confident communicator who can build trust and influence across multiple stakeholders.
- A self-starter mentality — able to prioritise, structure your pipeline, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
