Enterprise Account Manager
The Role
We are expanding and growing at a rapid pace, so we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager. If you excel at working as part of an engaged team that provides exceptional customer experiences, then we are looking for you!
The successful candidate will support the revenue team by ensuring enterprise client relationships are nurtured and grown by driving incremental sales through the management of existing customers. The role reports into the Senior Enterprise Account Manager.
You will need demonstrable experience of managing executive relationships with enterprise and strategic accounts, building rapport and confirming Unbiased as a critical partner to our clients.
The role carries annual targets broken down quarterly and monthly and requires high levels of opportunity and pipeline management skills.
In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for…
Management of a £3m+ book of business
Growing existing enterprise client accounts through structured account planning
Managing renewals, with minimal churn and strong customer satisfaction
Working fast and efficiently, with high levels of organisation
Working internally with Product, CS and Marketing to unblock revenue opportunities and add value
To succeed, you’ll need…
Proven track record of driving revenue growth within enterprise and strategic accounts (size £250k+ annual)Strong commercial acumen, with experience negotiating complex contracts and effectively managing multi-stage sales cycles.
To have consistently delivered an NRR of 120%+ growth in previous roles
Experience of managing C level stakeholders, with confidence to challenge thinking and steer commercial conversations
Highly organised, with strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and prioritisation
To be passionately committed to going above and beyond for your customers, pulling in whatever resources you need to deliver the best experience for them.
The ability to learn on the job and take onboard a lot of information.
To be driven to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing start up environment, and can organise & prioritise your work independently
